I had a great stay. The staff was responsive and very helpful, always ensuring that my needs were met during my business trip. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot eggs, bacon, and pastries, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels. The room was comfortable with excellent bedding, providing a good night's sleep.

Enjoyed the beautiful view and spacious room with friendly staff, but the front desk was often understaffed and a few cleanliness issues were noted. Despite this, the hotel was clean overall, and breakfast choices were varied and satisfying.

Had a great time with friends on our getaway. Rented a canoe from Zaloo's for some fun on the New River and enjoyed great scenery. The breakfast was above average, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely check out Mountain Aire Golf Club if you're into golf or just relax and take in the views.

One downside was the lack of staff availability during peak hours, which made getting help a bit challenging at times.

I recently had a great stay, enjoying the delicious breakfast options with plenty of variety each day. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my visit enjoyable. However, the ice machine was not functioning properly, which was a bit inconvenient during my stay.

After a fun stay, I loved the spacious room and got to enjoy a morning swim in the heated pool before breakfast. The outdoor sitting area was great for relaxing in the sun too. The only hiccup was asking for items that had run out at breakfast, but the staff was quick to help out. 😊

i had a great stay at holiday inn express. the location is super convenient, and the bed in my standard king room was really comfortable. the breakfast options were tasty, and every time i needed something, the staff was happy to help. i particularly appreciated the young man who went out of his way to refill coffee and cook more items for us. also, the pool was a nice touch!
